ICED TEA
17 fl. oz. of water
3 Jambo tea bags
3 lemon wedges
3 teaspoons sugar
Method
Heat the waterit boils.
Remove from heat.
Add Jambo tea bags
Let the tea stand uncovered for about 5 mins.
Remove tea bags .
Add 17 fl. oz. of cold water.
Serve over Ice.
If desired, add a wedge of lemon or limesugar.
Tip
If ice tea clouds on refrigeration,its clear color by addinglittle boiling water. Otherwise, store in room temperature and add ice only when serving.
SPICED TEA
4 cups water
½ inch of a cinnamon stick
½ Tsp ground cloves
2 teabags of Jambo tea
¼ cup orange juice
Juice from ½ a medium sized lemon
1 cup sugar
Method
Heat water till boiling point. Add cinnamon and cloves. Add tea and cover for 5 minutes.
Mix lemon juice, orange juice and sugar to boiling. Stir and add to the hot tea.
Serve.
Tip
Cinnamon and cloves may be replaced with ½ teaspoon of ground ginger.
Instead of sugar, try using some honey.
If desired, add a wedge of lemon or limesugar.

GREEN TEA
Boiling water
3 to 6 tea bags
4 cups of boiling water
Method
Warm a teapot by rinsing with boiling water. Immediately add the 4 cups of boiling water to the teapot. Empty Add tea bags into pot. Cover pot and let steep 3 to 5 minutes. Remove teabags, stir tea and serve at once. Makes 5 servings.
SUN TEA
4 tea bags
Ice Cubes
Method
Place tea bags in an 8-cup clear glass container. Add 6 cups of cold water; cover. Let stand in full sun 2 to 3 hours or till desired strength is achieved. Remove tea bags.Store in refrigerator. Serve over ice. Makes 6 cups
ORANGE SPICED TEA
2 cups of fresh orange juice
4 tea bags
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
Method
Stir the mix intocups of boiling or coldwater. Makes about 4 cups of tea.
